Pecan Pie

Yield: 8 servings
Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F

Ingredients:
1 Basic Pie Crust
1 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups pecan halves



Pecan Pie

Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup, salt, vanilla, and melted butter; stir well. Add eggs to mixture and blend until smooth. Stir in pecans. Set aside.

Prepare 1 basic pie crust. Pour mixture into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove pie from the oven and let cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
